we moved house about 8 weeks ago rang bt told them we were moving got an install date of 8th nov.so 8th rolls round and then the fun begins booked afternoon of work. the enginer no shows ring up get tol theres a fault with the line. get a text the following monday saying its the exchange then next day get one saying they need a survsyor out then 2days later another text saying its phone line then one today saing we will ring next monday with an update. they anoying thing is a house 2diirs up is getting broadband from them so how can it be the exchange or cabinet. also its a brand new estate and house. our cabinet number is 44 in gobowen my rant is now over
