Wireless issue

Just passing on my experience i had last week with an online adviser!!
Logged a fault saying my wireless devices were regularly dropping connection to my HH3 but wired remained connected.
After a reset or two and a couple channel changes they decided to get my HH3 replaced with another HH3 (was hoping they'd give me a 5 but no such luck).
Swapped routers over and all seems ok, so all in all a good experience!!
