BT Sport

I've just upgraded my BT Unlimited to Infinity 2. It asked me if I wanted BT sport and I said no, I already have it, which I do, as per the BT Sport deal in the summer.

Thinking about it now are they going to take it off me now?

I'm assuming it was associated with your original product & you have now effectively stated that you do not want it on the new product!

If it is removed, re-adding it should be free and instantaneous.

True if talking about the online service. Not so sure about getting it using a BT Vision box or a Sky box.
