Unfortunately ubi doesn't know it's a form it's elbow they never have and never will do,
and as if like you say they admitted responsibility why are some BT customers still having the same issues, peering was changed , Im not a BT customer but can access Ubisoift uplay, log in to their forums browse their corporate web site, login/authenticate onto the games sever , but due to this DDos scrubbing nonsense that they implemented yesterday or their servers have been having lots of brain wind resulting in loyal gamers loosing connection several times in the space of a few hrs , this has been happening regularly for the past 5 yrs , again ubi have never fixed this like they never fix their broken console ported games
