HH4 on Infinity Chromecast

Just got my Chromecast dongle from AmazonUK. First attempt was with Youtube, worked.
Next BBC iPlayer got stuck by HH "Welcome to BT" "Get started" message on Sony Tv.
How do I get started; no button remote to get started?

Try turning off Smart Setup on the HH4 http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/44328...
