bt customer -trying to access the BA site

Just wondering if anyone can assist -Im a mac user and using Safari and whenever Im on the BA.com site pages fail to load correctly and it appears slow this as been happening for the past few days. Never had this issue before I tired using a windows laptop same issue. BA say theres no issue with the site

i have cleaned out history etc to no avail any idea to resolve please

Probably of no help, but just tried browsing around www.britishairways.com and also saw slow web pages, etc. I am on BT Broadband and using a iMac. I download at around 69 meg, everything else looks good, so I suspect it may well be there end. What does traceroute show ?

i did email BA and they just said the usual stuff must be you no one else as complained - I didn't complain just queried the pages not loading as they should not having the issue with any other web site.

No issues here but on my works connection not BT. Using macbook air 10.9.2, with safari and chrome.

BT Business Infinity connection and using Firefox.

The BA site is "normal" for me. It is always sluggish but pages are loading fine and all appears to be there.
