Called to report my broadband dropping out every 20 minutes or so since last night and get someone from that hideous Indian Call Centre speaking to me as if I were a 5 year old, or a 90 year old about to be given an enema - each of her sentences punctuated by "yeah?" My experience is that this won't be remedied anytime soon. I just can't wait until my contract runs out and I can go back to Zen
