Cancelled 9th May after all the horror stories.
Paid £6.95 postage and £140 deposit.
Got postage back 2 days after cancellation. Now being told I have to wait a month to get a final bill and then up to 40 working days to get the deposit back
Was told yesterday on live chat it has been refunded and would be back without 5 working days.
Sick of the lies this idiotic company spins.. Would my bank be able to reverse it?
Edit : I've been to the bank and I can't get it back until BT give it. I am really wishing I had not spent another £100 now on another ISP. I'm now 9 working days and £150 behind. oh well.
