Great speeds. I'm getting more or less the same as I got mine installed this week. Was a bit worried because it was Quinns doing it, but the OR engineers had already put the faceplate in, so all the guy had to do is change it over at the cabinet.

Speedtest tells me I'm on a 74.9mbps line... but am connected at 79995 kbps, which I'm guessing is around 78.12mb. Is this the fastest it will go?

On here, speeds are a little slower, but not by much!

Don't see you can get any faster than that. In fact as the connection settles down your speeds could drop slightly.

Yeah, I got mine installed on Wednesday and seems to have been ok. The guy who came to install it said to me to just keep an eye on it for 48 hours. Had a couple of disconnects, but nothing to alarm me at the moment. But the 8.9 / 9Mb a second is just off the scale.

Bought Max Payne 3 off Steam, weighs in at 27.5Gb, whole lot downed in 53 minutes.... Really hope that everyone will be able to get this soon.

Data transmission speeds are 1000kbps = 1Mbps. It's file sizes that are 1024.

A source of much confusion smile.
