Have been with BT for two weeks now and turned on Parental Controls in My BT on BT.com and for the last two weeks i get the message below. Few chats with BT no help get passed around sent in two emails Via support page and just had a call from support unable to help me passes me on to another Tech but not Parental Controls team like he said it would be just Broadband team also unable to help after asking for all my Security Question answers well i said no to some of that. He said ok sir think i have what i need to help will now pass to Parental Control team as they are an offline team but hey will call me Wednesday night to fix. wish me luck with that! Has anyone had this issue ? i
