Anyone got the BTcare url ?

I'd like to raise my billing issue with BT care, as I'm getting nowhere via the phone system. Nobody seems to know how to fix the obvious problem, and despite someone from the "transfers team" and then the "system account team" saying it was all fixed, I have no faith, as BT.com login still shows phone line billing :-/

(I left BT for PlusNet on 16th June, but BT are still billing me for phone line rental.)

It's an email address. Which I found by going to the BT_Care profile.

Two ways of doing that. I tend to use the first since I had it shown to me.

1) Go to your own visible profile, as opposed to your edit screen, by clicking your name in a post as you would for anyone. Delete the URL back as far as user=. Supply any username and click. Gives their profile.

2) Normal search by username. Click any post.. Click their name in the post. Job done

Er, its a web form, not an email address? It may go into an email within BT. Email address would have an @ sign in it, and most companies don't supply due to the problems with spam.
