BT mail - again!

Are there some new issues with webmail? I seem to be on the new Yahoo format one minute and the next I'm back on the old interface. Then a few lockouts and error messages 'we are experiencing some technical difficulties etc.'
I can download from Outlook OK but my wife uses the web site mainly.

When will it end? This farce has been going on for months.

Just use Gmail or something similar.. ISP email services I always find poor compared.

Also, using gmail or similar rather than isp email makes it much easier when you want to switch isp.
Or some people prefer signing up to a paid service for a few pounds a year.

Both our BT accounts are acting up over the past fortnight, all the more annoying because we pay for them ... we quit BT in July because of unreliability but pay for 'BT Premium Mail' to keep the addresses we have held for many years. I think you are right, folks, it's time to go.
