Had a loss of broadband at 2am this morning (I had a late night and I was listening to iPlayer Radio to fall asleep to when it cut out). Woke up this morning to find broadband back. Did a check on my phone number and it reported that there had been a fault upstream which was now fixed. Went to the BT status log but no record of the fault there even though there were faults listed for other areas both before and after 2am. What gives?
