Bt Home hub 4 Help

I wonder if anyone can help
My daughter has lost the wifi and router access pass words for her HH4 I dont think she has ever used the router access password so it will not be remembered by the box. Can anyone suggest a way access the router set up so as to change the set up and wifi passwords?

The factory password and keys are always remembered on the box and for belt and braces the factory settings are printed on the bottom of the hub. Just reset it and put it back to what it was when new.
