We had BT Infinity installed for last 2 years in our property
I am no longer getting Billed by BT for Infinity
We still have the Infinity Modem connected and appear to have a basic 2 Meg internet connection
Anyone know if this is correct
Urm no - the contract should switch to a 30 day rolling contract i.e. so long as you keep paying they keep providing it but at the standard price rather than any promotional price.
If not paying a bill then they might downgrade connection to minimum speeds until you pay again. So time to chase and find out why you are not being billed assuming you want to continue with Infinity.
