Looking for some help with my infinity connection, I got it installed in september when my cab was ready and has been solid ever since but since a few weeks ago it dropped out 2 nights in a row at the same time, Then it went onto every few days at round about the same time.
Then today it seemed to drop for 1 hour and a half during the day I was at work so cannot confirm only way I know is a gap from event log to uptime sitting at 10 minutes when I checked. I already spoke to bt about this issue and I got them to call me today and they said at there end they cannot see any drop in connection today when clearly there was (13:25:04, 02 Jul. 5G WiFi UP....
11:44:01, 02 Jul. Device Disconnected)
I have done a quiet line test and from what I can hear its silent. I am thinking it could be noise from somewhere...
Also my speed has taken a hit from 71 down to 56 but BT say its sitting at 61 (my estimate) here are my current line stats
