BT customer services 'live chat' no longer available?

I'm sure that in the past BT offered a 'live chat' facility to talk (well type) with one of their customer service advisers. I can't find such a thing anywhere on the BT website (and yes I'm logged in to 'My BT' with an active account) - have BT discontinued this?

I just went looking, and on this page for example a chat link appeared.

where from the queue_id onwards I assume is a link to my current online session where I have "n"ed the digits, so don't try clicking it.

It only appears once I select a topic that I want help on.
