Can't access webmail

I can get my btinternet mail fine via Outlook but can't load the BTYahoo webmail page (where I store lots of stuff). When I try it just jumps back to asking me for my email address. No message about wrong password (anyway, Outlook is fine). Other BT addresses will load the webpage so it's not a browser issue.

Has your email address been migrated over to BTmail?

Have you tried logging into My BT on BT.com and click on email? and what does the Email tab say on the My BT homepage?

Ah. I did that (via MY BT) and got a message that they are having problems. How would I know if I've been migrated? How come I can still get my email via Outlook?

I'm on Yahoo (I did the online check). What on earth can be causing this - it's driving me mad! Sub-accounts load fine too but not the main account. I suspect it's something silly but I'm finding out for the first time why BT Broadband has such a bad reputation for customer service. Time to abandon webmail for good once I've retrieved my important stuff. Would BT be able to give me a separate link to get me in do you think?
