Free Bt Smarthub for existing Account holders w WIFI Problem

If you Want A Free BT Smart Hub and are Having WIFI issue complain and get a free Smart hub, so if your wifi is having issues dropping of siginal or you have to set your router on 5 ghz or 2ghz to connect complain and get free one !!!!

All I did was ask for my SNR to be set back to 6.0 dB where I was told I had a faulty HH4 which they then sent out a new HH4.

So you don't even need to complain tongue

Yeah and I got a HH4 to replace my HH3 in case it would fix my broadband drop outs (when the phone line rings). No luck though.



BT ADSL customer getting 3.8 Mbps (0.7 Mbps up) on a new road / new build development
(It was around 1.6 to 1.9 Mbps when I moved in)
CAB not FTTC enabled, not part of the 66% commercial plan. Not a BDUK area. Hoping the council will let VM in-fill.

Same here, it fixed Jack Squat.

But I now how 2 HH4 which I can use as Wi-Fi Hot Spots LOL

Sounds like a HR fault, usually requires an engineer visit.

Yeah I've had a few engineer visits
