No. When I left Sky, I went from LLU to BT and ported my number. From then on, the telephone service didn't work properly, but the fibre was fine.
I was talking about your broadband changes. But you moved broadband and phone from Sky to Plusnet. Not to BT. (I have read all about the number port problem).
Your disconnects started with Plusnet, and were in a way attributed to G.INP.
I haven't seen any posts about disconnections on SSE, just the terrible throughput. Was that LLU, and were you using your Billion router? Was your line moved to SSE or did it stay with Plusnet?
You seemed to be with them for less than two months, leaving because of the speed problems, and moved to BT, on or just before 24 August. I assume your line then moved to BT.
Apparently OK on the Home Hub 6 for a few days, then it started falling over. There have been lots of problems with that modem/router, but I don't remember off-hand whether they include frequent disconnections. So you swapped to your SSE router.
An engineer at some stage removed some star wiring, and your disconnection stopped.
Am I right so far?
Leaving aside the CLI issue and all the other troubles, the problem we should really be discussing is your discontent with being put onto interleaving at 50.72Mbps instead of around 55Mbps on Fast Path.
Is that where we are?
