But when I go to the MyBT page on BT's website, it says that I reported a fault on 21st October, and it is still in progress.
I didn't. But it won't let me do anything else on that page because "You have an existing fault".
I have tried ringing them to tell them there is no fault, but they don't seem able to do anything about it, and there is nowhere on their web site to cancel it.
That's over a week now. Presumably "in progress" means they are still looking for it.
