I see that I need a BT account and password now to change my email password. OK, it's an added layer of security I suppose but what happens if a sub-account holder wants to change theirs? By definition, if I'm the bill payer I'll be the one with the main account; does a sub-account holder have to go via me to change things now? Why can't we have two-step verification anyway? It works so well with all the sites that have it.
