Bt has for some reason switched on fon on my smart hub 6. I am unable to turn it off as I cannot log on to the BT wifi page. This is apparently a common problem for people who did not sign up to BT email when joining BT for internet services. I have tried changing the password to no avail.
Does anyone know how to switch fon off from the hub to get around the logging in problem or using the dreaded BT phone support services?
