It was never by design. Not everyone had the 14 day reboots. Also when I talked to BT about it they did admit it was a software problem. So I was hoping they would fix it eventually.

If your hub is like mine it will resync in 30 days after the update.

So far mine has got 24 days, it's not had a reboot since the update

Weird, My HH3, HH4, HH5 (type A) HH5 (type B) and up to 25 days ago my HH6 all did it without missing a beat.

All my other BT hubs were fine, it was just the SmartHub that had the issue
