had poor thoughput but the connection dont drop, indian call centre sent out engineer but there is not fault, i am on the leabrooks 01773 exchange, anybody have any clues

Assuming the speed tests are done using Ethernet, a poor BQM does not always mean throughput is compromised, so testing both latency and measuring throughput is important.
