had poor thoughput but the connection dont drop, indian call centre sent out engineer but there is not fault, i am on the leabrooks 01773 exchange, anybody have any clues

In the next hour you will be lucky to get 1Mb been like it the last month every night

So you're synced at full speed. When was the last resync (ie what's the uptime)?

Just over 50hrs, but I can get 700hrs easy as my line was perfect, no faults but with engineer visit it got restarted

Your errors are ok for that uptime, given you're on fastpath. So it's not errors on the line slowing everything down.
Probably congestion at your local exchange.

Assuming the speed tests are done using Ethernet, a poor BQM does not always mean throughput is compromised, so testing both latency and measuring throughput is important.
May be deeper into network than the exchange too

How about some speed tests? The BQM is nothing to do with that.
Your stats show you at 80Mbps sync., as has been said.
Anybody in the house doing a lot of streaming? Possibly using a new smart TV?

BT sorting me out, the exchange is full, but they are doing a shift and lift i think they called it to move me to another connection, will see how it goes
