Not me either, but I have an engineer coming round today to sort out the noise margin on my HH6.
Reading 14.6dB/14.1dB.
Seems to me to be about double what it used to be and I have problems surfing sites.
Sometimes takes an age to connect, even though my download speed is around 75 Mbps.

75 Mbps and 14dB noise margin - quite a lot of those around on short lines. At a guess your max attainable will be in the 90s.
My upstream syncs at max, with an SNR of 11 dB with max attainable well up in the high 20's.

Interesting, but Im nearly half a mile from the cabinet, so not really a short run. Maximum attainable is an incredible 116386.

|
So, the sync speed is fine, speed tests fine, SNR is as expected and you have a very good low attenuation and low noise line. there is very little a BT/OR tech can do on site and when he sees those figures he may well do nothing. As for the problem you have, that may need addressing with your ISPs tech help desk.

My Wi-Fi seems a bit flaky since the update, it used to be rock solid but now it seems to drop quite a bit.

My ISP is BT, thats why they are sending an engineer.
|
|
|
And if that engineer is from Openreach they will look at the line stats on their kit, which should be similar to what you've shown and conclude VDSL2 is working as expected. Issue is down to ISP

If downloading is fine and it's just website loading that's an issue then it's more likely to be either a routing or a DNS issue rather than anything wrong with your line.

The engineer has tested the line and found no fault. He said wait for ten days for the line to settle as he has reset it.
If there is no improvement he suspects the router and I should get back on to BT.
He will report his suspicion to them.
It seems he was sent out just to check a line fault.
If they had sent him out on a broadband issue, he said he could have tested the router then and there.

|
I'm surprised he could reset the broadband if only on a line fault. Maybe things have changed.
My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - AAISP Home::1 80/20. 200GB. Sync 75789/14036Kbps @ 600m. BQMs - IPv4 & IPv6

I gave up with my Smart Hub, I had nothing but issues with it, either IPv6 didn't work, had issues with weak Wi-Fi, way too many bugs and no place to report them to.
BTCare on Twitter along with BT FTTP Team on the phone both said they would pass on all the reported bugs and issues I was getting at the time, 3 or 4 firmware updates came and went and none of the reported issues was ever fixed.
So I brought a couple of different branded routers and tried them, I finally settled with my Linksys WRT 3200 ACM which I have only had the 1 issue which I reported via Twitter and that issue was resolved in the next firmware update.
Don't get me wrong the Smart Hub is an okish Modem / Router when it works.

Mine updated yesterday, but it's not made any difference to the speed.
