I am currently a Plus Net customer, on their fibre product. I am switching to BT's Ultrafast Fibre Plus.
I have the BT engineer visit on Friday August 2nd, but have received communication from PlusNet telling me my service will switch over on Saturday August 3rd.
Is this difference in dates going to cause me a problem? I wouldn't want the BT installation visit to happen only for them not to be able to do anything because PlusNet have a different date.
