I was trying to change to BT Broadband - not so sure now.

My contract with TT comes to an end soon, I have their Fibre 150 package and achieve download speeds of 120Mbs and uploads of 16Mbs.
Due to TT's dire Customer Service I was looking to change provider and initially chose BT.
On BT's Broadband website - after entering my postcode, I am offered their Fibre 100 package, however when I try to complete the online order I get an error message saying that I should phone BT's Customer Service number.
Calling the number, I have been told by two CS representatives that Gfast is not available for BT in my exchange. I had previously checked on the BT Wholesale site which shows both Gfast A and B as Green.
Is it me, or is it possible that TT have Gfast enabled in my exchange, and BT haven't?

What does te address checker https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/... give?

The number checker might not work - but try that too https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

The address checker shows everything is available and Gfast A and B are green?
