BT Log in for My BT etc

[link to this post]

Has the BT log in site gone down?

It rejects my username + password

It rejects my email address

It rejects my telephone number

And even rejects my BT Account Number

As it says, "something has gone wrong. Please try again later" This is what I am doing! last night I could get as far as clinking my BT Bills and got the same final response as above.

Cheers!

It is the same front page for both Business and Residential but redirects at login. The Business login is working fine.

Thanks.

I managed to get in a few minutes ago.

I was trying to find the number that I used for NatWest a few days ago which was answered after a couple of rings by a local call office. The other number I have require a user ID number which as yet we don't have - A/c only opened this week.

Thanks again.

Cheers!

Not exactly broadband related … but have you got the NatWest app set up ? I find this pretty good.

No.

It is a Club/Society account where we sign any two from four, which may make a difference.
So far NatWest have been fine, we started off the process on 20th September and the cheque books and paying in books arrived this morning. It is a free of charge account HSBC with whom we have been for donkeys years wanted to charge a total of £15 per month, plus a charge per cheque in/out & a percentage of what was paid in. Not good. Interestingly(?) the cheque book that I currently use is Midland Bank and only half used!

Cheers!
