They seem to always get something wrong or screw something up. Their latest is quoting me £88/mo for a broadband/phone/mobile package but when it has come to bill time it is almost £10 higher than quoted.
No sarcasm intended but why do they always mess things up? I always get the impression when speaking to them that their billing/accounts system is split into many pieces and hard to use, surely it can't be that difficult even for a company the size of BT. God help customers who choose to migrate to EE as part of package deals as I can forsee lost mobile phone numbers and all sorts.
