Unable to access papa john's on BT broadband?

Apologies if this is the wrong forum but i can't seem to get onto papajohns.co.uk either on the app or the website when connected to BT internet. I've rebooted, got a different IP etc but the issue persists. I get the following when trying to get onto the website:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.papajohns.co.uk/" on this server.
Reference #18.79d11102.1667078473.3687d265

Yet if I connect via mobile data or work VPN it works fine?
Just wondering if anyone else on BT is having the same issue or if they're blocking BT customers for some reason?

Edit - forgot to say, this has been going on for about a month!

Mr Google says https://www.papajohns.co.uk

Works OK from here via BT.
Try another browser or switch off your firewall temporarily.

No problems here

Working ok from my BT connection too. I would post on the BT community forum as the mods have good communication with BT tech support .
