My agreement, Fibre 2, runs out March 2024 and BT have informed me that it will go up by £6.
They are offering a rise of £1 is I renew now to Fibre 2 with Complete Wi-Fi.
However, when on the BT website I get confused as it talks about the Digital Voice which I was not aware it was active as BT had not informed us as their earlier publicity stated.
Anyway, they are offering it with or without a phone and as we get a lot of calls over the landline, we selected Keep Your Own phone but then noticed that when we selected Pay as you Go, which is free now, a £2 a month charge was added.
It may be a simple problem to some but we are confused.
Is it a good deal which with the new £2 charge, which I object to, it would still be £3 a month cheaper than their March renewal price OR IS IT.
