oh yes - I certainly have the premium option. Makes a huge difference. tbh the biigest issue is the BT Wholesale infrastructure - it is really congested especially evenings, and there seems to be very little my ISP can do!

We are looking at other options at the moment as FTTC is really not all it's cracked up to be
