Did you solve this? I'm getting a lot of LCP(c021) errors on my Draytek 3200, except they are coming from two different FTTC lines (WAN1 and WAN3 on the 3200). Eventually it appears to knock the router out for 10 minutes according to my syslog server.

Sort of.
This line is heap of [censored] and barley gives me 6mbit these days and BT/ISP have lost all interest in it BT have withdrawn there FTTC we where due to get 2 yrs ago and that's that.

The errors stopped a while back but I don't remember why/when. I have a specific DML profile set for my line but other than that - no sorry.

Not sure why you should get them on an FTTC connection. I suspect mine was due to line loss and noise causing time outs, but I also remember BT finishing an upgrade project at many exchanges.
