Was just checking to see if there was any progress / news / updates / miracles!!! regarding one of our clients exchanges and faster bt broadband...
putting a few postcodes in, got this reply on the BT Wholesale checker
Your exchange is ADSL enabled, and our initial check on your postcode indicates that your line should be able to have an ADSL broadband service that provides a fixed line speed up to 2Mbps.
Our check also indicates that your line currently supports an estimated ADSL Max broadband line speed of 4Mbps; typically the line speed would range between 3Mbps and 7Mbps.
Our test also indicates that your line currently supports a fibre technology with an estimated WBC FTTC Broadband where consumers have received downstream line speed between 31.9 to 32.6 Mbps and upstream line speed between 7.5 to 7.8 Mbps.
The actual stable line speed supportable will be determined during the first 10 days of use. This speed may change over time, to ensure line stability is maintained.
If you decide to place an order, a further test will be performed to confirm if your line is suitable for the service you wish to purchase.
Thank you for your interest.

As most of the broadband connections are less than 3-5mb in the village, was wondering if the exchange could have been updated and it is not reflecting anything OR is this a big fail on BT's end???
The local exchange is:
Hat Pev
If anyone has any input would be cool
