Pity they are so expensive. I just had a look around and all about £75. As MrSaffron says, it could be the MSAN at the exchange and the Netgear just don't get on too well. Appalling though it is, kit pairing does matter.

Having said that, in agreement with what he and I think someone else said, take a look at this graph. No ISP is going to listen to a complaint I'm afraid.
