Interesting thing on BT ADSL checker

Just checked the BT ADSL checker and noticed this right at the bottom of the results page:

"Note: Provision of some services may not be allowed due to product withdrawal, please contact your service provider for further details."

Does anyone know what it means?

IPStream is being slowly withdrawn...could be that.
