I take it as OFF. If it were ON Up Sync would be 888K,

Is that the cap for the maximum upload speed on Xilo 21CN products then? or does distance not affect upstream much?
I'm nearly twice his line attenuation and get more upstream.

But are you running with Interleaved or Fast Path? That is the Q!

Fast Path is 1279K otherwise upstream is interleaved on at 1163 kbps (should be 1279 kbps on fath path)

There's no indication in OP's stats either way, other than the rule I gave.
