..... and the cause of the fault was ??
Looks like a miscommunication somewhere. We've been having problems for the last month or so (see my thread about 21CN related problems). At one point we asked to be put back on 20CN but were told it couldn't be done. As I understand it someone at Timico did raise some kind of order but it resulted in BT ceasing broadband on both lines. Anyway we now seem to be back on 20CN so whether that's a happy consequence or the original order going through is unclear.
We have someone coming round to survey for the fibre tomorrow so as long as we have a connection I'm not too fussed in finding out the why. Timico have done a good job most of the time and if this is the result of someone trying something creative to get us back on 20CN I can overlook it.
