Considering both are BT pages.

States December 2012 (place holder ?)

Exchange is Gourock 01475

The first will be when it as available from the first cabinet on the exchange. They then have to install and commission each cabinet. The second will be when your cabinet is due.

exchange going live and cab going live ared two different things, I had to wait another 3 months after my exchange was enabled
