Even if you do get the profile, don't be surprised if its a load of [censored]. I mean its showing a profile of 958 Mb/s on my 330/50 FTTP line. Yeah right....[rolls eyes]

Maybe they no longer need IP Profiles on some tiers, or are having some issues with the telemetry they get from some OLTs, if they actually get any?
EDIT: They don't get any related to speed. They are expected to handle this themselves upstream of Openreach. Openreach also shape, however the CP should be shaping outbound, not just relying on Openreach's inbound shaping. Hopefully they are despite the strange number on the IP Profile!
Openreach do not shape upstream apart from on the PON. CPs expected to have inbound shaping to deal with this but not necessary.
