Which ISP are you with these days? You only have an IP Profile if you are on a BT Wholesale connection. Which excludes Sky, TalkTalk, TalkTalkBusiness and several smaller providers.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Three 4G, tbb tests normally 35-45Mpbs down, 65Mbps off-peak, 9-24 up.

I noticed the same. A quick Google provided a direct link to the further diagnostics page, and it still works for me (eventually, very slow):

I see BT have changed things again - I'm no longer seeing the 'further diagnostics' option to see my IP Profile?

If I visit (the old page) http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com/PerformanceTest... directly I'm seeing strange (low speed) results still with no IP Profile.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get your IP Profile from a BT website now?
Thanks.
seeing the same thing, not that it has ever worked for the past 12mths,. and neither does the non gui bras checker, always says the same bs about a speedtest being run ect ect, btw have foobarred their BRAS system as well Since DLM reduced the target SNR and applied RETX High profile , because it has since reverted the RETX High to low ,but my throughput isn't where it should;d be, Zen have asked BTW to manually set the cvlan rate to 77.35 mbps (which is where the Bras IP profile should now be set at, and no change still only getting 72 mbps

Thanks, I was aware of that site, but as per my post, I would rather get results from BT as I'm not happy entering my phone number on a 3rd party site.

That looks like the same URL as I posted???

For me it's failing to display my IP Profile:

"Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information."

I would be interested to hear if anyone is able to see their IP Profile using BT's website...
I'm still failing with the previous error. If anyone can get it to work please say what browser/device they are using.
Thanks.

Thanks - strange that I can no longer get my IP Profile since they last changed their website - I've tried 3 difference PCs with FF & Chrome.
All return:

Hopefully things will wake up for me eventually...
