BT ADSL Router - Efficient Networks 5861

Hi Quick question. I have a BT router and Efficient 5861. Demon will be upgrading me to 8Mb at some point, after I regrade to a business 2000 package. The question I have will the router be OK for 8Mb, or should I get a new one. If I need a new one, any recommendation. I don't need wireless or built in firewall/vpn (ideally need to be able to disable the firewall).
