well its noise bursts causing my fec problems, with me a noise burst occurs wiping out dozens of tones, then when it ends all the tones dont come back.

I'm using firmware 6.1.4.7, Chrysalis, so I can't display any tones in DMT. I'm relying on the data in the tabs of DMT and the data in the Broadband Connection section of the router's control panel.

I've been keeping a regular eye on my SNR and the error figures, since tweaking the SNR upward and, as far as I'm aware, the SNR has stayed between 8.5dB and 11dB.
