Sitecom Router

I have a question about a Sitecom Router

Unfortunately, I do not have the Model Number

Anyways, the problem I have is that although I am able to log on to the Router Interface and configure all the Adsl Settings, there is no option to type the BB U/N and Pwd -

Also, even after you save the settings, you are not prompted for the BB U/N and Pwd -

Nor is there a Connect Button to manually connect -

I believe Sitecom use the conexant chipset, in which case it will probably be under Configuration->Wan configuration->PVC(virtual Circuit) 0
