Can DMT tool be used on fixed line.

So no increase in speed if i used it with speedtouch 546 router for noise margin.

No, because a fixed speed line is just that (a fixed speed).
Only on ADSLmax (and LLU products) can you increase your speed by lowering your noise margin.
If you want more speed, why not just regrade to ADSLmax?
