Dynamode R-ADSL-C4W-EG Problems

I have a Dynamode R-ADSL-C4W-EG. I connected it up and it seems to be working, on my pc I have a 54mbs usb Adapter. Both of them are showing that they have a signal,
the problem I have is that Internet Explorer and other browsers won't work just getting the not connected screen, If I put my old wireless system back on I don't have a problem. can any body help me please.
