Can I get any faster?

I'm currently 'on the edge' of ADSL. 59fb Attenuation 6-9db SNR Margin
I'm using BT Businesss Hub (2wire 2700HGV) and syncing at 3360.
Left it connecting for 3 days and my BRAS is reported at 2500

Is there any bit of kit or tweak to reliably try to push my speed up? I have a spare ST585v6 (AOL) I got off ebay for

With 59dB attenuation, you are doing pretty well to get these speeds. Your line must have a low noise pickup. I doubt whether you could improve on what you have unless you move house.

Thanks. FWIW I tried the ST 585 v6 and out of the box it synced at 2700. A different BT Business Hub synced slightly faster than my current one at 3424. So I might be swapping them over. They are litterally plugged into a DSL filter which then goes in to NTE5. I have no other wiring/extensions in the house. Will a fancy faceplate be any benefit if there is no cabling in my house?

Belkin 7633' wireless routers are well known for having excellent ADSL modems in them, I was able to get an extra 1mbit on my profile over a cheapie connexant based router.

I also had further success with a TI chipset router, got me another 512kbps on the profile, probably because my exchange has a TI dslam.
