Changing from the DG834 v3 to v4 question???

I currently have the v3 but as it has intermittent GUI login issues BBB have agreed to RMA it and replace it with the v4.

So, does anyone know either from experience or 'knowledge' if I can use the backup configuration file from the v3 to restore to the v4 ??? This would mean less time to get all the various settings maually loaded on the v4 but is it possible and logical as the v3 has a different chipset to the v4 though the GUI looks identical in the manual I have downloaded!

John of RouterStats fame was kind enough to 'run' a test for me and it is possible to use the v3 config file to "setup" the v4.

I will post a fresh thread with my initial observations.
